For a more leisurely afternoon, stroll along the cute shops. AB Smaland was one of our absolute favorites and was the perfect example of Scandinavian home decor. If you like outdoorsy shops, and want to pick up some new Fjallraven, head to Naturkompaniet.

As the day winds down, explore Malmö's cultural offerings. Visit Malmö Opera and Music Theatre if you're interested in catching a performance or simply admire the modernist architecture of the building itself.
For a memorable end to your day, head to Slottsträdgården, the castle gardens near Malmöhus Castle, where you can relax amidst greenery or enjoy a picnic with views of the castle in the background.
St. Peter’s church also hosts so many different musical events throughout the year, and they’re open into the evening for these concerts. The acoustics in this church are absolutely insane, and if you can plan a concert here, do it! We were blown away by the experience.
